Question 1

How much do workshops cost?

Accepted Answer

Workshops are part of our Resident Tech Care Program. The Care plan is $995/month and includes one on-site workshop plus two office hours. Care+ is $1,695/month with two workshops and four in-person support hours. Both require a 6-month commitment. Single workshops are available for $1,495.

Question 2

Are you going to try to sell to my residents?

Accepted Answer

No. Our no-pitch promise is explicit: residents will never see a sales pitch during our workshop. All ongoing resident support flows through your community's plan — never sold direct.

Question 3

What's included in the ongoing Resident Tech Care Program?

Accepted Answer

The Resident Tech Care Program includes recurring on-site workshops, one-on-one office hours for residents, planning support, resident-friendly printed materials, and a monthly summary you can share with leadership.

Question 4

How is this different from calling my cable company or Apple support?

Accepted Answer

We're patient — we take time to actually explain what's happening, in language that makes sense. And we're local and small. When you call us, you'll speak with a real person on our team — not a rotating call center agent.

Question 5

Do you come to my home?

Accepted Answer

For most support, we work remotely — by phone or video call. For situations requiring in-person help like initial device setup, we're available for on-site visits in the DC Metro area.

Question 6

Is my parent's data safe?

Accepted Answer

Yes. We're a cybersecurity company — protecting personal data is what we do. We never sell, share, or misuse any information. If we need remote access to a device, we ask for permission every time.
